At ModnTable, we believe thoughtful living starts with thoughtful service. To reduce unnecessary waste and keep our prices fair, many of our products are shipped from our specialized fulfillment centers in Hong Kong. This allows us to offer quality craftsmanship with efficient global delivery.

1. Order Processing

Every order undergoes a quality inspection before shipment.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Peak Season: During holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Fee:

    Standard Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

    Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or via platforms like 17Track. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking status to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations. Prices displayed on our website do not include these additional charges.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To change your address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@modntable.com within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: If an item arrives damaged, please email clear photos to us within 72 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
  • Lost/Stolen: We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
